This website is our way of introducing Robert Wintz & Company to prospective clients by showing them a sampling of previous appraisal and due diligence assignments we have completed.

The buttons on the left of your screen will give you a short synopsis of the services we can provide, the qualifications of the appraiser, and the area we serve. The remaining buttons (Financing, Multi-Location, Due Diligence, Allocation, Specialty, and Condemnation) will lead you to photographs of the various types of property assignments we have completed in the past.

Last but not least, the Adventure button will lead you to photographs of sights seen along the way in our travels across the United States and Canada. We call this section Adventure, because sometimes what we do -- isn't "just a job."
